The alignment guide is fantastic. The thickness and density provide great support, especially for my cranky and sensitive knees. The bottom part is very stable, doesn’t slide around like my old mat. The surface is a bit slippery despite the “penguin” grip, might need yoga gloves or sticky hands. My dog scratched it a bit, but it hasn’t affected the quality. Love the extra space. Honestly, the best mat I’ve ever had and my favorite by far.

I purchased this for my mom’s birthday and she has nothing but positive feedback. It is a great size and thickness. She also mentioned that her feet don’t slip during stretches.

The mat is large and thick with excellent grip. It’s cushioned on the knees yet stable for balancing. The markings are functional, though not the prettiest, and there was no odor right out of the package. The carry bag with a strap is a nice bonus. I can’t confirm durability yet, but it seems sturdy without being overly heavy.
