The cushion is firm and comfortable, with a decent height that relieves pressure on knees and ankles. You can adjust the filling for your comfort level; I kept mine full for extra firmness. I got the teal color, which is not as deep or bright as in the pictures but still nice. The removable cover is convenient for washing.

This meditation pillow is incredibly versatile! I originally bought it to pair with my zafu, and it’s one of the most comfortable seats my husband and I have tried. We use it for meditation, sitting on the floor, as a footrest, and even as a cozy pillow. I’ve noticed less leg numbness when sitting cross-legged for extended periods compared to other cushions. The removable cover makes it easy to keep clean. A definite 10/10 for comfort and versatility.

I like this cushion, but it does not have a micro suede cover like the first one I bought. It has a cotton cover. The description should be updated.

These cushions are fantastic! Excellent quality and they look fantastic. We have been using them in our meditation group for 2 years now, with the blue, purple, and black colors. The zipper on one side allows easy access to add or remove buckwheat shells. We are very satisfied with them as we have never experienced any shells coming out, even with regular use and storage.
