      I purchased this yoga bolster for my increasingly regular home yoga practice, especially for relaxation poses, which have become essential for me as my pregnancy progresses. It has clearly relieved my back when lying down, and I use it whenever I need support in seated positions like lotus pose or in everyday life to properly support my back on the couch or in bed.
