  1. Jackie-the-Greyhound

This mat had no chemical odor, unlike many others. It’s made of cork with a backing of rubber/tpe, which is better for the environment. It held up well during my activities and cleaning. A good choice for those in need of this type of mat. I prevent rolling issues by alternating the way I roll it. For classes, I use two mats laid facing each other to avoid the rolled side touching the floor.

  2. CW

I have found this cork yoga mat to be my favorite for daily practice. The length is perfect for my height of 5’7″ and the cushioning is excellent without feeling unstable. The cork layer provides solid grip, although I have experienced slight slipping in a few poses. The rubber backing keeps the mat firmly in place on both hardwood floors and carpet. After weeks of use, there are no signs of wear and tear. If you want a comfortable and durable mat with good grip, I highly recommend trying…

  3. Jory

The cork material feels great and provides a perfect grip on both concrete and mats. The yoga mat is well-made, and the natural wear on the cork assures me of its eco-friendliness.

  4. MKEG 79

This thick cork yoga mat is priced at $49.99, which is higher than any other mat I’ve bought. I was tired of thin cheap mats that don’t last. The cork version initially had grit on the surface and a slight smell, but these issues disappeared. One end still tends to curl. It may not roll up easily due to thickness. On carpet, it bunches up during stretches, but on hardwood or tile, it likely has better grip. The cork absorbs moisture, making it suitable for hot yoga. I expect this mat to last…

  5. Mike

I recently started practicing yoga at home and needed a mat. I chose this one for its cork surface, which offers a good grip, even when sweating, unlike foam mats I’ve used before. The thickness provides ample cushioning, suitable even for larger individuals like myself. The size works well, though a few extra inches in length would be ideal for someone taller like me at 6’4″. Overall, this mat is excellent and seems durable. The included carrying strap is a convenient addition for rolling…

  6. CW

This yoga mat is of great quality, comfortable, durable, and lightweight compared to bulkier mats. It is slightly thin and takes a while to lay flat, but this is not a major issue. The non-slip rubber bottom keeps the mat in place. Rolling it up is easy for compact storage. It initially has a slight rubbery smell that dissipates quickly. The mat’s size is great for accommodating the entire body for stretching. The 7mm thickness strikes a balance for maintaining balance and comfort on the…

  7. MouseBoy

I must be honest, I didn’t like this mat. It was slightly slippery, which made some poses difficult to do when stretching.

  8. Harry T

The mat is cushioned and does not stretch. It weighs approximately half of the old mat. The yoga instructor liked it enough to order one for herself.
