I am absolutely in love with this yoga mat!! I got the 1/3 inches thick one and it’s perfect for me. I didn’t want one too thin or too thick; a 6mm or below hurts and feels like i’m pressing into concrete on my knees 🙁 I am so glad it doesn’t feel like I can tell i’m on a hard floor surface on my knees, hands, or back.
